About Power Sector:
Power Sector is one of the most growing sectors in the country. With the government step of setting up new nuclear power plants and increase installed capacity of power generation in India, this sector has unleashed the potential of white collar jobs not only in the country but in overseas also. There is an urgent requirement of the engineering graduates who can work in power system automation, substation automation and SCADA across various MNCs like Areva, Siemens, ABB etc. These jobs are one of the highest paying jobs in the engineering sector with the industry average of above 3 lakhs per annum.
Internship Profile:
The candidate must have an engineering background in electrical, electronics and communication or Instrumentation with good technical skills. If he is selected to work in live projects, he must be able to handle projects and work in a team.
Branch: B-Tech (EC, EE, Instrumentation)
During internship the candidate will be trained in Substation Automation, Substation Design, PLC Programming, Simulation techniques etc. Stipends would be given. Placement will be given to well performing candidates. For other details visit the website.
